My thoughts about standard races are that they should be a bit silly or on some points stupid and other points great. To keep the idea of partax being a popbanker and resourcer alive I made a race that could be debated about to be both. Since in the older race it was obvious that the race was more resourcer, I chose to upgrade the banker part.
