About war:    One family must have declared war to make it a war. The minimum duration of a war is 48 hours game time and after peace has been declared no party can attack for 48 hours game time. Unless of course if you research speed as Camaar lol,  it's not a bad idea, if you want to, (what I think is a waste) research points then go for it. I would have thought Construction and Military the main research for attackers.

It should stay at 100% speed though, Camaar cannot be made to look (some would say more useless) useless, it is one of the Game races. People still use them, the smaller MAPs make them less attractive though. I think it wouldn't be a bad thing to be able to research speed as a Partaxian. Would come in handy playing SS as well, you could take +60% speed and have more OPs also the ability to research another 40% speed.
