This round will feature some exciting new changes to gameplay!

As of now, we can announce two changes:

- Attacks will NOT BE POSSIBLE for 2 weeks after the start of round; Attacking will resume on the 8th of November (for clarification, intrafam attacks will still be possible)

- Morale will now be capped at a maximum regeneration rate of 10% a tick; holding more than 5 morale planets will not increase your morale over this value

Also, each family is allowed to have 5 Defense Stations.
