Ok Noir Im gonna say my piece then. You voided the NAP by canceling it b4 the pre-set War date. If they had explored into your core then you should have cleared them like other families would have. You can't turn over the planets unless someone takes them from you.
The original 48 hour NAP was re-instated with a war date agreed by the families because it was a 48 hour NAP previously. You canceled the 48 hr nap with a new war date only set by your side which was not in the guidelines of the signed NAP. Therefore it was voided by you. You said you found a loophole and they found one.
Nolio was not fired nor was he ever asked to leave.

Kollop I have made posts about this before. This is not an isolated incident. If people start throwing NAPs out the window because another leader made it and is no longer there then this will do nothing but create trouble. NAPs are between families unless it is a personal NAP.
NAPs are family to family.. not leader to leader. If a leader that signed the nap for his family is not longer there that does not mean the nap is no longer official or valid.
