It's usually cheaper to buy one whole. Building is cheaper when you already have parts that you can reuse in the next pc (tower, power supply, sound card, graphics card etc).

There is no download link because the program isn't finished yet. Once it is finished it will be emailed to the mods. They look at it, request changes and then approve it for release. Once that happens i'll post it and you'll be able to download it and pwn your enemies The approval proccess is one of the game's rules. I don't think tue same approval proccesw is required for updates after release though.

Also, Gina is 3000 ish lines of code. Many more lines will be added as it's a big project. Realistically you should expect a quality and polished version to be released in about a month. Likely sooner.
