I got hit in the head while riding a bike, a car came up behind me and threw eggs out the window, hit me in the back of the head with a speed difference of 30 mph... If I had a gun I'd have shot out his tires.
I did get his plate and called the sheriff, the deputies came and said since I couldn't SWEAR to the driver's identity they couldn't charge him but he was now on their [poo] list and would get the book thrown at when he screwed up again.

Perhaps we should get the best terms from Moscow for an American pullout of NATO, as war with Russia is too absurd. For instance, should America agree that North Sea oil is a European asset to be preserved for prosperity, it would increase Russia's market share at no cost to them. There are so many possible points of agreement.
