Points to be awarded for each fam in each category, 20 for 1st through to 1 for 20th, so maximum points for one year is 40.
Seriously, don't bother. The winner is the fam with the most planets at the end of the round, it always has been and always will be. The point of the game is to use your military and infra mite to get as many planets as possible, so no point saying "Well we've got more income and fleet than you", you've still lost cus you weren't intelligent enough to use them to defeat the other fam.
And it doesn't matter if you get to the top size on the first or last day of the round, if your there at the end your the winner.
Maybe next years London Marathon, we'll award them all points after every mile so the one who got tired and fell back 20 miles into the race is declared the winner.
Or maybe change the winner of football's Premiership, "Look, I know Chelsea were at the top at the end, but Arsenal we're winning for most of it so they're the champions".
See how stupid this idea is yet?
