Im not advocating removing Primo as a mod.

i guess what it comes down to is we need to change the rules a bit. look at each situation on a case by case basis rather than one stupid ass rule that applys to everyone, no matter the situation.

Is this petition about the incident with Toadies and family 2194 (old 1731) ?

I tried to argue for Toadies. I still believe that im right and the mod team is wrong about how they have adjudicated this and handled it. I dont like it at all. That being said, i still RESPECT their decision and accept it. I understand where Primo was coming from.

Yes, i disagreed with him, but i dont want him removed as a mod. What we need is an entirely new way to handle certain situations like these. Primo was arguing on the side of 'principle'. I strongly believe that each situation should be handled on a 'case by case' basis. We should be looking at all the facts. The mods should then discuss how to adjudicate it and vote on it.
That is the FAIR and HONEST way to do it.

So if you want to start a petition, start one that involves our mods changing their policys regarding certain rules and situations. removing Primo WILL not change anything. The next mod that takes his place will be forced into making wrong decisions as well.
We need a new system. Not a new mod.
