ICMapGen Travel times now has a 150% speed option instead of 200%

1. Download: http://www.petrolstone.com/mapgen.php
2. Unzip mapGen.zip to your desktop
3. Navigate to C:/Program Files/ICMapGen
4. Rename mapGen.exe to mapGen.exe.bak
5. Copy the extracted mapGen.exe from your desktop and copy it into C:/Program Files/ICMapGen

If you receive the message "Windows cannot open the specified file" or similar message
    In Windows XP:
        1. Right click the icon you click to start ICMapGen
        2. Click "Properties" in the right-click menu
        3. Change the "Target" text field to "C:\Program Files\ICMapGen\mapGen.exe"
