well french is not too bad. there is an excessive amount of grammar, but when you get to a certain point this makes it easier becos it follows more rules. english on the other hand is very wild as a language, ignoring trends and breaking rules of grammar all the time

but yes wot funeral said is total bullocks if there were such a thing as a globally natural language then it would be the only language spoken and it would always have been the only language spoken.

becos war declarations shouldnt be made lightly. they are there for actual wars.

and kagar knows this. notice that when he hit us, he could have benefitted greatly from a war declaration, but he didnt use one becos he knew that with a bigger fam it would entail a full-scale war, which obviously he didnt want. for which reason i urge any smaller fam he declares war on 'just to save morale' to take the war declaration as what it should be.

the fact that its a war game doesnt mean you should be declaring war on every fam you fight.

to 54, every time you approach them about this war declaration they will tell you its just to save morale and that they arent really warring you just grabbing a few planets. well i encourage you to treat it like a real war. if they wanna declare war on you rather than just skirmish with you, then they should be expecting and receiving a full warlike retaliation.

yes iv noticed the same thing over the last few rounds. ppl dont understand that your core isnt a galactically established entity, it is wot your fam considers as a core, and your fam alone.

you had a 48 hour NAP with 49. not a Permament NAP. there was nothing wrong with cancelling it. the fact that there was a core clause doesnt mean it can't be cancelled during the expophase, unless it had specifically said that on the nap, which i doubt considering that there are so many systems this round that the ephase isnt going to end
