1, i dont boycott Chinese products, but if theres 2 products one made in China another made in some first world country for roughly the same price, im probably gonna buy the one made in the first world country cimply because its quality is probably better.

football, basketball, baseball, hockey, x-sports, speed boating, stock car racing, formula 1 racing, golf, bowling, even women's basketball and golf are more popular professional sports. Soccer is not taken seriously as a professional sport in the US, its a professional sport of floppers, not athletes.

compared to american football which is the other popular sport in the same season as soccer, the chances of getting hurt in soccer in a youth league is much less; like 5-12 year olds player soccer, a notable injury is unlikely. yea, once you get to high school lvl, injuries in soccer might be even higher then american football because the players are dirty and the refs are blind and dont see anything; by the time you get to play offs 100% of the starters are popping way more then prescribed amounts of painkillers before and after every game, and then at least in my school, every year at least 1 person on the highschool soccer team got seriously hurt; ruptured spleen, both bones in leg shattering requiring multiple surgeries, ect and then in college and professional american football is probably more dangerous again.

im not gonna go into specifics, but simply there are differences between the US and every european country; some of these differences, people think its better how the US does it. Some of the people that beleive that would be tempted to move here. To stop this, they are flooded propaganda by the state to encourage them to stay in the country and preserve the states power. Sure people still move here and live here, but at a substantially reduced rate.

with the improvements in technology, transportation has become so easy, you would think people would be more willing to move to a different country then ever before. but that really isnt the case because of stronger and stronger governments influencing their population's opinions on just about everything.

its sad if the Chinese government blames outside influence for the riots because it will most likely result in heavier censorship from the Chinese government, and it will be harder to communicate with our Chinese friends.
