Shut up and go into the hole!
This is how you know he's thinking like a politician.
He proposes a plan to intentionally do something... by accident.
"I don't know what the security forces were, I don't know what exactly the ambassador told his superiors, I will assume neither the ambassador is a martyr who doesn't mind dying for his country not the central government is happy to see officials die. I do not think trying to pin yet another thing on Obama is a valid argument in this case."
You just acknowledged that the central government doesn't want to see its officials die, so you're acknowledging that they're inept. Every report makes this clear. Every rumor suggests it's even worse than we know.
Since you obviously disagree, please share with us your security expertise. In your expert opinion, the warnings were rightly ignored? In your expert opinion, security was sufficient? It's dumb to even think of trying to argue what you're suggesting (that the Obama administration wasn't massively incompetent). No wonder you just make claims but don't bother trying to back them up.
"The distinction is you have alot more control and possibility to prevent an attack on your own soil, rather than an embassy on some forsaken place in the middle of a muslim state. Unless you wanted the US army to occupy all the surrounding areas of every US embassy in the Middle East. Do you?"
The USA is still a mostly free nation. It doesn't track all of its citizens and their actions. Comparing the WTC 9/11 attacks to this recent embassy attack is apples, oranges, and stupid.
What a hack.
Please remove the spam, venerable moderators.
If you don't know why capital gains are taxed at a lower rate than regular income (and why this is good for everybody), you probably shouldn't post strong opinions to a forum and you certainly should not vote.
Justinian I,
Unless he's stated where he draws the line between where he moves the nation at every opportunity and where his desired collectivism ends, you're just wasting our time with meaningless equivocation.
Unless you can tell us how his views differ from communism, you're just spamming. That he wasn't able to get single payer passed doesn't make him not a communist. That he knows better than to propose state ownership and control of anything (which he couldn't get at this time) doesn't make him not a communist. He's certainly pushed for as much state ownership and control as he could hope to achieve.
I've pointed out that he pushes absolutely everything in the direction of communism/socialism/statism. Banks. Healthcare. Local pensions. Various industries, from automotive to crony "green" companies. Everything he does moves in the direction that a communist/socialist/statist/fascist would want.
Sure, this doesn't _prove_ that he must absolutely be a communist beyond a shadow of a doubt, but it raises questions. And if you can't tell us how his ideologies differ from communism/socialism/statism, you're not exactly putting such questions to rest. Equivocating over communism necessarily requiring literal ownership misses the point. Literal ownership means little in the face of actual control and power.
Everything you call free market failures are just your ignorance of the damage caused by the Federal Reserve and corrupt Progressive policies for the better part of the past century. "Liberal-Progressivism" is fundamentally against all 5 suggestions you posted.
I'm not suggesting we necessarily know 100% that Obama subscribes to the ideology of communism. But nobody here has offered any evidence to refute the suggestion. Pointing out that we don't have mind probes to read his thoughts isn't exactly the same thing as refuting _any_ of the evidence and self-admissions that he has statist/socialist/communist/fascist ideology. And anyone with common sense comes pretty close to 100%.
"And if you think what Obama is trying to introduce into your society is communism, my friend you really haven't got the faintest clue of what you're talking about."
I challenged you to tell us how his values differ from those of communists. You claim there are clear differences. Why are you afraid or otherwise unable to enlighten us?
For someone telling us that you judge my intellect to be lacking, you pussy out of a simple and fundamental question pretty darn quick.
You go on to tell me that progressive liberalism (mind you "progressive" is a hijacked term in Amerika) is sooooo different from communism, yet you fail to point out any such distinction between them. If you can't tell me where Democratic/Progressive values of redistribution and government control end and communist values begin, you're just making my point for me.
I'm not going to lose anything. I'm an innocent bystander to this mess of ignorant sheep voting for their corrupt Democrat/Republican masters, taking this country all the way to the poor house.
lol @ The Yell. For those in power, it's pragmatic to hide their ideology. I think you're right about everyone else. They're just too cowardly to openly state their values and positions.
I challenged one to here. He declined. And he's surely going to continue to.
[cluck] people. Knowing the average lazy, ignorant moron is not a requirement for a good executive.
(Not to suggest I think he'd make a good executive.)
I have reported Einstein to the appropriate authorities. Reason: "Pedobear."
If we determine there's a need to intentionally induce cooling to alter a warming trend, man-caused or otherwise, I'm pretty sure aluminum foil and algae farms will be a lot more successful than asking poor people to not develop and asking rich people to become poor.
Ask the Chinese what they think of man-caused global warming, and they'll offer to sell you solar and wind power made with no regard for the environment (taking you for a sucker) while they build dozens of coal power plants every week.
He doesn't want to "transform values," just "fundamentally change" Amerika. Your political commentary strikes me as rather limited and disappointing.
The Libertarian party wants to adapt values to today's reality, especially in regard to social issues.
The Democratic party, on the other hand, has been hijacked by progressives/socialists/communists. You seem to reject this; Yet, if I asked you where the values of current Democrats (such as leaders, such as Pelosi and Reid) differ from those of communists/socialists, you surely would be unable to tell me. Consider this a challenge. We both know you have absolutely no response to such an inquiry and are BSing right now, insulting everyone here's intelligence. But give it a try. I like to laugh.
The Republican party just won many victories, thanks to Tea Party support, in the most recent election. You predict they're going to lose to Democrats based on "social issues," without addressing the fact that Tea Party support isn't about social issues at all and Tea Party support just won many elections. Good job. Again, limited and disappointing.
As someone who will vote for neither Obama nor Romney, Democrats nor Republicans, you give me a lot of reminders of why I'm doing the intelligent and responsible thing.
The fact that Republicans don't like remarks is a great thing.
It's curious that you presume Romney's much different than Obama. Since he's not.
Obama's party held control of the House, Senate, and President's office. You don't think, with all of his popularity, the historical nature of his presidency, and the media's love for him, he could have made the case for any additional changes he wanted and we'd all have heard the argument?
He got the changes he wanted: More government involvement in banking and business in general, more government involvement in healthcare (which was already our healthcare system's biggest problem), additional military action on behalf of the NWO, and hundreds of billions in payoffs to public sector unions whose pensions were bankrupting local governments all over the country.
If you think he wanted some magical, logical, academic, civil changes that he didn't get, I suggest you're probably high. Because he didn't talk about wanting anything more than he got, and he got everything he wanted (save fully socialized healthcare, but he's talked openly about how this is a step in that direction--he couldn't quite get the votes for that).
Okay I had my fun. If the mods don't remove this spam, they can ban me for making fun of it. It's way too embarrassing being around this garbage.
Yes, it is.
Most people don't even know what his concepts are.
"Reducing us into a three sided dice."
I disagree. I believe it's more hexagonal because of the noid coefficient of the matrix shards.
"Like a ciggerate, first one smokes half, second gets it halfway, and the third gets it at the very ending but still calls it an equal half."
If cigarettes can call themselves equal halves at the very end, I don't see why we should judge. It's their right.
"It no worries for the goose because he is trained to move forward nevertheless."
Not necessarily. And, even if so, he might define "forward" differently than you, who might define it differently than me. Unless we're going to specify which direction forward is, how much are we really saying?
hahahhahahhahahah @ Al Gore reference, as if anyone here is ignorant and gullible enough not to realize his film was a dishonest piece of garbage to the scientific community.
You're not a scientist. You know nothing of science or the wealth of studies done in the field. But don't let that stop you from talking like a scientist who knows anything of actual science (as opposed to repeating what you've been told like anyone cares): It's hilarious. Please give us more.
How is it untruthful to call a racist a racist? People have given examples. You responded to none. Point conceded.
You call this "rebounding," despite being the slowest recovery since the Great Depression; that's just ignorant of basic facts. You think drilling bans and higher energy prices are good for economic recovery/growth; that's just ignorant of basic facts. You think massive government involvement in businesses is good for financial stability and growth; that's just ignorant of basic facts.
It's easy to believe whatever you're told. But if you can't make a case for it, maybe trolling a forum is unproductive. You can't back up a single thing you've said.
I was referring to Zarf BeebleBrix. [13]
You dishonor your people.
Yeah, we know. The earth is about to freeze. Or heat up.
NBPP di'nae even show up, yet charges were dropped.
It's bold-faced racism, hypocrisy, an' disinterest in enforcin' th' law.
The ornery cuss looks pretty special. Like th' kind that likely shouldn't vote.
