Anyone with any experience and knowledge of this game and the mod teams knows im right and Noir is just trying to get attention. Attention for something that in reality isnt a big deal. It WOULD OF BEEN a big deal if Parrot had deleted 96. Then we would have an entirely new set of problems on our hands.

If the mods are guilty of anything its entertaining this horrible idea in the first place. Torqez made the same NAP agreement with Noir's team without my knowledge or consent. Had i been present for this NAP discussion i would of argued against it. Not because i dont trust Noir. Because i dont like what kind of precedent this is creating.

I am very grateful that Parrot had the foresight and wisdom to ignore this nonsense and let it pass.

Noir ... im not gonna insult ya or call you a cheater. I consider you a friend. That being said, you are totally blowing this out of proportion. Let me explain why....

1. Undeath goofed up. Realized it, then continued just to be a goof. a troll. Apparently it worked on ya.

2. your loss of planets had no effect on the outcome of this heat. You are going through, they are not.

3. Your loss of infra on those planets is also irrelevant. The top 4 has been decided for quite sometime now and we all know your PNAP'd to everyone. What did you really 'NEED" that infra for anyways? LOL

4. Parrot made the final decision not to punish them cuz KT didnt want any part of this to begin with. Torqez and Thirdrock being players SHOULDNT of made the decision of punishment. He realized that this NAP break would in no way effect the final outcome of this heat. You know this.

I understand that you want justice, and rightfully so. However the punishment should fit the crime. Parrot took all factors into account and made the right decision.  Its a NAP that never should of been made in the first place. Mod enforced NAPs is a very bad concept. Had Parrot enforced this NAP and deleted 96 it would of set off a chain of events that NOBODY wants, especially the mods. Ignoring this was the best option in this case. We DO NOT wanna go down this road.

Everyone involved was to blame for this nonsense. You included. Not just the mods.

lol Swarley! I hope you have a fun competitive war, but i just dont see it playing out like that. If you smack 10 in the mouth hard enough i can see them giving up. Well, maybe not all of them, but i wouldnt be shocked to see a few of their bankers throw in the towel if hit hard enough with attacks and Octarine Hurricanes. Not a slight against anyone personally in 10, but it seems to be symptomatic of playing style lately.

Which brings up another good point. 10 has no Partaxian. Why is beyond me. You need a partaxian to seriously compete and lock down bankers. I give the edge to 06/09 simply cuz of that fact.

Anyways....i wish no ill will towards 06/09 my former fam or anyone else in pw. Even you flashy! lol

I left for many reasons.....

1. Orbit and i just dont really get along. Our personalitys clash, big time. Not fun playing with him.

2. We had 2-4 active players on a GOOD day at best. Cant do much with that.

3. i didnt have the time or willpower to hold everyone's hand. I lead out of neccesity, not desire.

4. my focus is ICC and i just didnt have the time to attack and lead in fam that doesnt communicate very well.

5. The most important reason: i wasnt having any fun there at all. It was tedious and frustrating at best. I stopped caring after a week or 2 cuz playing in that family wasnt fun at all. If im not having fun i dont see the point in sticking around. Games are suppsed to be fun, not a chore that makes you NOT wanna login everyday.

and for the record we were gonna lose that war with 06/09 with or without me. Dodgy activity and poor communication doesnt lend itself to conducting a succsessful war. Dont kid yourself Flashy by thinking my presence there would of made a difference. 06/09 had better spread, activity, economy and organization.
