1.  Maybe there's something lost in translation. The 'article' is nonfiction and is a discussion with experts about the Netherlands since the Remmerlink Report of 1991.

2.  I'm not sure what are the "actual stories" I'm supposed to find.  the Remmerlink Report was done by the Dutch government and found doctors do it.  Any study of the practice since 1991 is going to be by some private entity.

3.  You seem to believe something happened in the Middle East lately.  Please link to the actual stories.  No articles!  muahah.
