i know one or two people showed interest in buying the game from stefan but nothing came of it most likely because stefan is unreachable.
i only see a copyright notice on the forums and not the game
at this point the game should be considered abandoned property anyways so it should be free for the taking

i highly doubt that the money that is donated to stefan for VIP benefits goes back into the game. i seriously doubt his hosting costs on this crap server cost as much as he gets in VIP money and he doesn't even develop anymore. if he had any class at all he would give up the game to one of the players who was willing to take over the server costs and use the VIP money for its intended purpose.
