I think there should be another thing added to the rating system:

1/2/3/4 and 5

5: How usefull this person is when he is not "attacking". Does he know how to eco, organize etc. How big of an asset is the player  to the fam besides attacking.

e.g. is he a "robot", who does his share of attacks,participate in planning wars etc..or is he that guy who pushes a fam forward even if things are quiet  on the battle front.

imo this is a thing i would prefere in an attacker
