Kai its not you im worried about its others in your alliance. Now that we know the rule is academic anyone can plan an IA and get away with it. it doesnt matter if you have an IA or not. There is no possible way of ever proving an IA unless someone is actually stupid enough to plan one with ingame messages.

Like it matters anyways. Mods cant and probably wont address the IA issue.

I hope we can keep this clean and fun. Cancel wars arent done properly anymore these days. NAP breaking and all that sillyness. There are good players who just wanna have some fun on both sides. Lets test our skills. Lets see who plans better and executes when the war is SUPPOSED to start.

I hope all of us can agree on one thing;  The cutthroat "i have to win no matter the cost" mentality is whats killing the fun out of this game. This may be my last round playing. I wanna go out fighting a fun cancel war. Im not implying 90 or 91 was gonna break the NAP. I know that there are players in 90/91 that wouldnt stand for that. If my alliance does it then im deleting. Im 99.999% sure we are NOT gonna break this NAP.

attackers being resourcers as well is an outdated strategy. The problem with that is you need to have all your attackers being active and aiding out constantly. So instead of having 1 or 2 active pure resourcers your gonna rely on having 10 somewhat smaller resourcers?

This also means your attackers are gonna need more planets than neccesary in order to keep up with the iron needed to build bankers. The results of which are increased morale costs and less potential targets due to size and NW.
If your going to have 2 pop bankers you really dont want your food sources coming from 10 different empires. You need a constant and steady supply of food.

the other problem you will have is keeping 10 attackers supplied with a decent amount of fleet. Keeping 10 attackers active and interested for the entire round will be a tall order. If a few of them go inactive on you thats a major dent in your resource production since they are resourcers too.

i wish you luck with this strategy. Im pretty sure its gonna fail though.

yea im a huge fan of the B52s. i saw them when they put on a free concert in downtown Minneapolis in 93' and they were great. I was suprised at how great they sounded live.

I was kidding around dude. You really think im gonna waste my spells and octarine on a low ranked crap family? Where is the challenge in that? I can cast spells with impunity on anyone in his family...well actually...i can cast spells on just about anyone i want in the entire galaxy and have been doing so since the first week.

ANYHOO.....i understand his frustration. Ive been there before. It is, after all, just a game and there is no sense in being a sore loser.
