Revelation (1720)

1.Best Leader
Beers - Had to rally the fam after Load went inactive, plus he kept Cloud in check...!!

2.Best Diplomat
Templare - I feel like I earned it after that improbable PNAP negotiations with 24/26 wink

3.Best Attacker
flipmode - seems like someone who single-handily pulled weight for his family attacking, 24/26 also had outstanding attackers but their final pcount steered me away from voting for them (I feel like with their talent and capabilities they should have achieved 3k)

4.Best Banker
Ardin - well done, not only was he banking, he was also largely responsible, along with Alena, for 24's early success.

5.Best Resourcer
Sol Invictus - should be almost unanimous, besides his own vote. RICKING also did a good job but his lack of attacking help forced him to make a lot more fleet than he should have as a resourcer.

6.Best SS Player

best first rounder smile joined late and is now kicking ass!

24/26 alliance won the round at BoR. however, credit to the rest of galaxy to give them a fight, unfortunately I could not have due to RL reasons, but they did have some sort of grand scheme to get to 3k planets or something wink Round was kind of fun, but it's time for me to get away from this game for a while. Maybe when I come back down the road I'll see some familiar faces around still.

By the looks of it, they will end up winning every category at EoR as well smile

lol

agreed tongue

Why is everyone and their mom jumping fleet? Someone enlighten me on all the conflicts?

Steven Cook is Kadaj's real name. Please be respectful at the very least.

homo in the building!

24 is content with the compensation they are provided thus far. There's no reason for them to jump in and 2v1 a family. Especially when their allies who are second ranked broke the PNAP agreement.

No reason whatsoever for 24 to be involved.

"so 1724 are going to rape "1710 until theyre dead" because they had a planet violation, and stuck a load of laser on it when 1724 ended the nap?"

I think they're going to rape 1710 until they get the number of planets they have planned to gain before war began tongue

As far as 200 goes. If 10 thinks they'll lose more than that, they should NAP, if they don't think they'll lose more than that, they shouldn't NAP. it's pretty simple really smile

and finally, honor/respect is earned, you can't just self-proclaim it tongue

"@ Captain Jack - Yes I see it as a NAP violation and that 24 should have sorted out the issue BEFORE they decided to cancel the NAP.  But now that they have cancelled the NAP there is no longer any violation and it would be incredibly stupid of 1710 to give that planet back in honour of the NAP they USED to have.  Also, what family are you in this round?"

"I think that everyo e should atop crying . 24 are o my crying a out this becuase hey expected to come into this war and have the upper hand. Now you found something that may put up a good fight against it, then you start crying in uni news about it ! Tough shit if we have a laser planet in your core, this is imperial CONFLICT... Some of you should know that by now."

I'm talking about this based on principle, not this particular situation. Sure this could have given 24 a challenge (but in reality it didnt). The principle I'm trying to get across is to honor your agreements. Like I said earlier, requi3m actively explored the planet in question, which is a violation of the NAP terms (synonymous to NAP-break, because he's purposefully dishonoring the agreement? idk). This has nothing to do with whether or not NAP is cancelled. By your argument, MaxiJazz, just because NAP is cancelled, does that mean you can just neglect all the terms in the NAP? including attacking, for example?

I don't really care how this war pans out or anything, just want to throw in my two cents about honor. smile

Furthermore, it is even more ridiculous that Jonas Quinn and Selur both show up late for the war yikes

"Also seeing as the NAP is being cancelled anyway why should 10 give that planet back to a family they are about to war?  It makes no sense.

Fair enough if the NAP was to be continued then the planet should be given back.  But it's not."

Would you agree that they are still NAPed as if right now? Otherwise they would be attacking each other no? If you agree with the fact that they're NAPed, then would you agree with the fact that it is still a violation and should be treated as such? It has nothing to do with whether or not the NAP is "being cancelled", but rather a clear cut NAPed or NOT.

In all honesty though, I don't think 4300 lasers will be an obstacle for 24. I think it's a much bigger waste of resources on 10's part yikes

My point is that you should never be in possession of that planet because you know it was a core violation. For war or not, you should not have explored in their designated core to begin with, because that just signifies that you KNOWINGLY violated the core clause. 24 should have caught this earlier and acted on it.

Shame on you 24 tongue With that said, r3quim you're still in the wrong tongue

I think he's talking about cancel the official ingame relations NAP.

"ok. here is a deal. your family cancelled NAP WAY early so you can get war bonus. which is also a NAP violation seeing how you didnt give the 48 hours as stated. so for that, we will take our 1 planet compensation. sounds fair enough to me. just so you know we had that planet built way before you asked for it also. we dumped alot of cash and res into it and now you expect us to just dump it off to you?"

lol, bear in mind this is coming from an outsider who isn't following the updates of this war very often:

1) Cancelling NAP is perfectly fine as long as no attack start prior to 48 hours is up, in fact it is foolish NOT to cancel NAP in order to get war declaration bonus. Compensation should not be asked/paid here.
2) Core violations warrant handing over the planet, especially when the NAP is still in effect like Keerbtje said. It should never have been a part of your war plan because technically that planet should never be your's to begin with. Unfortunately communications were not great between the two families, but it is assumed that the planet is handed over to 24 at any point prior to 48 hours cancellation being complete.

not trying to pick on you r3quim on purpose but your reasoning is unjustified, although good luck with your war.

Well theoretically, the outside families are supposed to steer clear of conflict with the warring family, unless the warring family instigate the conflict after war declaration.
