Department of Education officials are investigating after students at a Bronx school claimed they were forced to clean toilets as a punishment.

Some students at In-Tech Academy in Kingsbridge say they were assigned janitorial duties as part of their detention as recently as last week.

"After school the principal came in with the inspector lady and she was like 'Oh, everyone has to pitch in and clean the toilets and stuff.' So we was cleaning them and we had to clean around them and nasty, it was just mad nasty," said one student.

"Like that's not cool, like making kids clean toilets like that's not how that should go," said another student.

The DOE says if the allegations are true, appropriate action will be taken.

I hope the appropriate action is WEEKEND toilet patrol.

EVERYBODY HAS TO CLEAN A TOILET SOMETIME kid, next time don't screw around in class.

This country is gonna be so screwed when these brats can vote.

I am a Fartist because I refuse to submit or go quietly. I won't conform out of politeness.  And like a fart I shake people up out of their lethargy. You'll know when the Fartist agenda is at work.  We move crowds and focus people on  what's really important instead of the distractions of the media.  The Fartist movement is here, we're staying, get used to it!

Noise like that is why I describe myself as a falangist.  Nobody in America knows wtf that means except they won't agree with me.   Then they actually listen to how I describe my beliefs instead of tuning out because i used the "wrong" label.

For 200 years Americans had the guts to say "gee everybody else sucks, I'm gonna call myself something new and better. Like "Democrat" or "republican' or "socialist" or "bull moose" or "progressive" or "Liberal" or "conservative".   It is a mark of our national decline that we can argue that the REAL definition of a label is something new and contrary to what it's been for 30 years, and then attack the 'fake" users.  It's pathetic.  It's an admission that you lack the balls of Buckley and Reagan and Limbaugh, men who were spat on while struggling for years to sustain a NEW term, "conservative".  You want to coast on their efforts, and share in the glory they carved for "conservative" while undermining the policy agenda that is what Conservatism is all about.

there is nothing Conservative about moderating or tracking or ameliorating the concentration of wealth.  As a political phenomenon, that is ENTIRELY of the Left.  It began with the Left, grew with the Left, and to embrace it, even in moderation, is to accept the communitarian principles of Leftism over the individualism of the Right.

we obviously have a great deal of patience to watch people hit 14 foul balls in a row.

then the commentators earn their pay.

"2-2 pitch, fouled away.  Gregson is a graduate of Stanton, with a 4.5 in engineering.  2-2 pitch, fouled away.  He may be best known for not getting along at all with A-Rod. 2-2 pitch, foul.  They were fishing on Puget Sound last spring, and Gregson put a bomb in A-Rods boat.  2-2 pitch...checking the first base umpire...foul.  A-Rod rode the boat to the bottom, walked along the seafloor onto the beach, looked Gregson in the eye and said, "Don't do that again."  2-2 pitch---popped up---Walker's going after---lands foul."

1. NBA dives more often.
2. You get a personal foul on an opposing team member and he only gets 5 before he's benched for the game.

If you can get 2 pts on the Lakers, bench Kobe Bryant, and run down the clock in the 4th quarter of game 5, that's a big deal, almost as big as a goal in a game that lets you advance with a tie.
