I think the blank square with a line through it is to disable/enable your touchpad

Is the other key the F2 or F4 Key? I have two HP laptops with me that have the same symbol. That symbol should be the one to switch your video to an external source and/or turn it on for both the laptop display and the external (depending how many time you press it)

It's not that depressing   It's similar to any alien invasion show. I'm interested in how the children figure into the aliens plans. They kill the adults but harness the kids and give them (apparently) perfect health and enhanced strength. Which makes sense if they are going to be a slave labor force. But they also take care of them like a mother or father would when they sleep.

Some of the acting is a little rough but they have a decent group of actors. We will see how it progresses It's already been picked up for a second season
