You mean display the news there?  Cos the 'link' already exists in the navigation menu's (well, for comp anyway - but will add for mobile).

Yep - perhaps you should have helped them in the game and taught them how to play?  What's the point in getting new players, if players like you don't assist them?

We can't make a completely noob galaxy, nor can we make a galaxy that isn't completely helpful (e.g. can't get attacked in own HS).  I think you don't realise that it's a combination that have to strive for.  Especially with our less player base, we also have to look after the players who are still here, as opposed to the "30-40 new players who would have joined".

Don't get me wrong - but you're approach isn't very helpful.  Rather then whining about what could have been, just cos somebody is playing the game.  Instead, give us your opinion on how to make it better - if anything, we've been very accommodating and trying to take into consideration what the players want.  Changing the 75% attacking rule to 60% is just 'one' example.

Im not to fond of forced naps since it will bring the suprise off when you plan on hitting someone. Without everyone being napped it is more risky to go ahead and jump infra while others might be saving to launch an attack. With default nap's, things will be to predictable and easy in early to mid game of the round and therefor less fun imo.

Actually, it's the opposite.  It was always the fear of being cancelled on which determined whether you'd infra, find another war, or do something else.  It's actually more predictable to see what's going on if you don't have NAPs, since you just play the big core clearing game and noone can inflict too much damage (as everyone should be kept at a distance, really).

The trouble is, most people are too scared to fight decent NAP wars.  Whether that be they lack activity on attacker side, or fear of losing what they've built up.  It's a pity really, because if people started playing again without the need for trying to push for #1 or whatever, they'd realise that this part of the game is actually the best part.  Like what Sticks mentioned.

NAP cancellation wars were the times I'd really get excited, lots of planning, and it was real-time stuff, which even got the adrenalin going - sounds weird I know, considering it's IC - but I used to really look forward to wars of that nature.

The 60% Networth Rule is now in effect.

Sigh, now starts the libel.

Let me just say that what people have been saying about you, is mostly true, Devilz.  God knows what happened to your attitude since you had a good run of a couple rounds.  Your inability to lead a fam has been apparent.

I just feel sorry for the rest of the fam members, since they're extremely active and good.

Also no, I gave away my planets and even explored all mye xplos for you, before PP killed me off.  You know this.  Funny how you had to ask all your fam members to see who killed me off.  And yet none came forward.  Really shows the respect you've earned here these days.

Pitiful.

Nope, sadly this information isn't kept.  Which I suppose why people started tracking it all in their forums.

Actually it's not a bug.

I just never wrote the cleaning script that resets the data at the end of a round tongue ...right now I'm having to do it manually, cos I'm lazy tongue

Yep, I noticed this the other week.  The shortcut link needs to be added to the mobile menu.

Thanks, hopefully can do this soon.

Hmm, that seems odd.

Can you try clearing your cache etc?  I havn't heard of a problem yet where Map only works in one galaxy for someone and not in another yikes

Thanks for the initiative smile

Will be good to hear what the active and involved people of Supernova actually have to say too.

Like I said in the other thread, we changed it to 75% based on what players wanted.  Having said that, we're unopposed tweaking it to make it better.

Anyone playing it?  It's in Open Beta now.

First time I'm playing a card game!  It's quite fun though!

I know a lot of players may hate this new 75% rule

Actually this rule was brought in 'because' players wanted it.  It's got nothing to do with the Mods/Devs whatsoever.

If you don't like it, head to Feedback/Ideas and suggest something else.  We're not against it, or for it - we just want to do whatever will help the most overall.

Just keep in mind the overall goal of this galaxy and that is to still keep it 'somewhat' newbie friendly.

Nice idea too.  Small lil things like this improve the quality of life and make gameplay a tad easier.

That's a good idea.  And makes it so newer players or whoever, don't need to go to the FAQ/Guide to find the information.

Sounds like a good idea.

But yea, it would require a bit of changing in how the joining works, so would need a bit of tinkering.  Probably not worth the time invested given its benefits (considering we already have delete restrictions and stuff right now).
