1. Yes i am the bottom guy, as far as NW is concerned. I was sittin at 1 million NW! Its not like im some tiny inactive with 3 planets that barely logs in

2. Incase you forgot i sent the msg to the YOU aka: the leader of 02 and published the cancellation in this very thread for all to see. (see page 1 if you dont believe me) I wasnt trying to sneak a cancellation by you guys. I followed the proper procedure for cancelling the NAP as outlined in our NAP agreement.

3. Whats with the personal attacks and insults? Why do you feel the need to attack me on that level? What the hell is wrong with you? You and Luster are the epitomy of immaturity and poor sportsmanship. I realize that we put alot of time and effort into this game. Its still not a good excuse to be treating someone like this.

@Luster: im sad and kinda hurt about the things youve said to me in the last few days. I genuinely thought we were friends. Ive literally spent hours defending you in chat to Nolio and others. Why? Cuz i thought you were my friend and thats what friends do. You dont end friendships over video games. Thats just silly. But if you can throw away our friendship so easily over this, then i have to wonder if we were even friends to begin with. Friends dont treat each other this way.

anyways....i hope we have a fun war. I really hope 02 puts up a fight and makes this hard for us. Despite the drama and personal attacks i have nothing but respect for the guys in 02. When its all said and done id hope that our friendships will be intact.

@Luster:

1. IC is a team game. I am but one player amongst 12 other players. Do you really think i would of cancelled that NAP w/o consent from the rest of my family despite Rizzy being gone? You cant really think that i would of made such a move without knowing what rizzy wanted and would of have done had he been here?

2. Rizzy deserves almost all the credit for what my family has accomplished. I would never take that away from him nor am i arrogant enough to assume im the sole reason for my family's success. There are other guys here. Good, active players who have put alot of time and effort into this round.

3. Our 2 familys DID NOT sign an official ingame relations page NAP. This was a huge mistake on both our parts. With the recent relations page NAP changes making an unofficial NAP is just plain stupid. NOWHERE in the rules does it state that only a VL or leader can cancel or create 'out of game unofficial NAPs'. Here is proof straight from KT;

4. The NAP agreement made between us said, and i quote;
"to cancel the NAP you send a msg to a leader or VL"
It DID NOT specify who has to send it. It only specified to WHOM it must be sent. This is why signing out of game unofficial NAPs is stupid. You had to write these up as if you were an attorney.

5. My deletion from 03 earlier in the round has absolutely no bearing on this situation. This is an issue that is between myself and my family members. It is none of your concern nor anyone else's for that matter.

6. I have no qualms nor do i make any apologys for 2v1 any family. It is up to the family and that family's leadership to handle their relations with other familys SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN. Some bad decisions get made and sometimes NAPs and who you ally can come back to haunt you later in the round. Does this mean 02 didnt play a good round? NO! they have done well and i have much respect for everyone in 02.

@Ocho: i never made any excuses nor did we try to hide the fact that we 2v1 4700.

I said this before and ill say it again....diplomacy and relations are just as much a part of this game as infra, attacking and using special ops. Who you NAP, when you NAP and why you NAP is just as critical as exploring. From a strategic point of view what we are doing is perfectly legit.  Yes...ive been on the recieving end of a 2v1 and it sucks. Looking back at those wars we only had ourselves to blame for failing at relations.

I may not have an official VL tag, but everyone knows im 03's 2nd in command and effectively the co-leader. Rizzy is lazy with tags, thats all.

Id really like to see KOTH combined with an ICPG draft. The draft was really fun and it seemed to bring out the activity in alot of people.

I like the player pool idea though. Maybe the ICPG draft would be a decent alternative.

No arganon...we did that for a long time. It wasnt really working and alot of people complained. The facts i stated in my previous post have already been proven true.

If the majority of people DONT want to shuffle im fine with that too. i can go either way. Im a believer in democracy and if the people want to stay in their familys thats cool too. My opinion to shuffle is based on what ive seen and experienced over the last few years.

No im in a great family. In fact i wouldnt mind playin with these guys again...however....reshuffling is good for the game overall. It prevents the really good familys from dominating 2 rounds in a row. Not shuffling means we play the same round again with the same people. Basicly a repeat of what we already did.
Its better for the game to change things up. Keep it fresh. You get the oppurtunity to play with people you might not have played with before. It also gives the players in the bottom 5 familys a chance to play with better and more active folks. Most of them will want to leave their current familys and will just end up in one of the bottom 5 familys again. This will drive them away from the game.

I really wish you guys would reconsider your stance on reshuffling. Put your own selfish desires aside and think of whats best for the game in the long run.
