I think they are trialling a few different formats to see what everyone enjoys as well as having it as a training galaxy (i,e I don't think the sole purpose of it will be to be a training galaxy, though it is that aswell). Then again, I could be well off the mark 
It will be interesting to see how heavily, if at all, the market is used.
