3). NAP Cancelation Time in their favor
4). Havent had a serious war all round.. just raided unportaled planets all round to prevent them from ever having a real fight
In the End this war will end as soon as it starts.. 71 will win hands down.. Just think of it as a large planet swap from one fam to another is all..
