>>Demand? use your feeble mind for more than 3 seconds Deci, who wanted such businesses in the community?<<

The people who buy their goods and make them profitable. The people of the community.

>>And yes the government did distribute guns, drugs and HIV amongst the African-American community at least in America<<

By all means, educate us. Where can we learn more about the US government distributing firearms to blacks in Amerika. Where can we learn about the US government's "infect blacks with HIV" program? Where can we learn more about the US government's "give blacks drugs" program? I had no idea about any of these programs and I am eager to learn more about them. They're way out of line.

>>As i stated, did we just one day wake up with the knowledge to make an AK-47?<<

You don't know how to construct an AK-47, so I do not understand your question.

>>Why is it that on every corner of a poor community there are bars?<<

Because people in those communities pay for their services and make them profitable?

>>and Gun shops?<<

I haven't seen many Gun shops in ghettos in my time in Pittsburgh and NYC/Jersey City/Hoboken/Newark. But in the case that there are more gun shops in these areas than others, as you claim, maybe it is because people in those communities pay for their services and make them profitable?

>>Which i may add we don't own ...<<

Poor people tend not to own real estate and companies. Are you proposing that companies should be banned, by law, from selling products and services to people in poverty? The companies wouldn't be there if they weren't making money. If they shut down their doors for moral reasons they would be replaced by someone else. Are you proposing that only the rich should have the right to go to bars or purchase firearms?

>>And i guess one magical day we get into contact with countries such as peru (Which is miles away from any hood) and ordered kilos of cocaine? Just doesn't make half sense when you figure a majority of us couldn't even read or write at the time it was getting pumping into our communities?<<

People have been buying, transporting, and selling drugs for thousands of years. People of every race. No one is "pumping" drugs into your "communities". Drugs are available to people of every race because people like to make money selling them. People of every race purchase them and use them. If people in your community have a more significant problem with drugs than people in many other communities, what evidence is there that the government is involved in a conspiracy to hook your community on drugs? There isn't any. Your community's drug problem is not caused by any government. The people hooked on drugs' problems are rooted in their own behavior.

One magical day we won't blame others for things which they spend billions every year fighting.

The question concerns sex appeal in regards to friendship. You're sexually attracted to everyone who is not disfigured? You don't have friends you don't find sexually attractive?

Thinking like this is a horrible culture which holds people back from improving their lot in this life.

What ever happened to a fair chance?

Republicans messed up when they became more concerned with appearing to play nice with Democrats and adopted Democratic spending habbits (at the cost of their own [formerly] core values). It was already a huge mistake when they started it. Now it's worse with Obama's massive "pass everything we've wanted to for 15 years and call it 'stimumus'" bill. He's doing everything the Republicans did wrong on an even larger scale. Give that a chance? Yeah, good thinking.

Obama's too afraid to reveal his tax intentions yet. Right now he'll pass everything and borrow money from China to pay for it. He'll worry about taxing you more once he passes his socialist spending agenda, before you realize that tax hikes as a way to pay for part of it come next. YES WE CAN get so far in debt our great grandchilren are paying for our "social and economic justice." YES WE CAN claim to be responsible while doing it.

My money is not stashed in a mattress. There is something to be said for having money, though. It's a lot more useful to have than have some bank promise you under ideal conditions.

I have firearms. I have ammunition. A lot of it. I have armor piercing rounds, hollow points, FMJ.

The massive legislation in the works is not a stimulus package. It's Democrats passing everything they've wanted to for the past 15 years now that they have the chance, knowing that enough of the Amerikan public doesn't know what's going on or care enough to even hurt their voter turn out next election cycle.

The problem isn't that I keep money in my mattress and posess dozens of firearms and tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition. The problem is that we're currently putting our great grandchildren in debt and sooner or later we're not going to enjoy the benefit of being the 1 nation on earth who can get away with UNIMAGINABLY HUGE debt while we expect other nations to actually balance a budget and not spend money they don't have.

Give it up xeno. You're a kid from a less developed country heavily reliant upon indoctrinating its people.

* You are an example of how ignorance can be perpetuated despite technology.

* Some of post WW2 Europe still blames the Jews. Get an education.

>>It's also clear to me that it is very plausible that technological know-how will be at the level to easily rectify the evils perpetuated in our societies, and done so with little or even no financial cost.<<

Stop using so much opium then posting like anyone cares. Nobody is this stupid.

>>People can't even concur that producing free food, housing, and clothing FOR NO FINANCIAL COST...<<

For everyone who has claimed he's not talking about magical robots, I present to you, once again...

>>People can't seem to shake the notion from their senses that society should be driven by the scarcity of basic needs.<<

It's a fact of nature. And the technology you keep crying about does not exist. Maybe if you talked about reality and not never-never land where everyone is a gay kid forever, your "solutions" might make ANY sense. You can't think about the world you wish it was and then come up with solutions for how you wish the world could be and expect your fantasy to offer any help in reality. You deny the most basic of economic facts. The fact is, food requires costs to produce. So does housing. And that's not going to change any time soon. So keep crying about how we're all at fault for not Wasting Money to develop magical robots. Bear in mind that Wasting Money on what you propose means it's harder for people to buy food and homes. Hyporcrite. You seek to hurt those you claim to want to help. You're the worst.

>> started this thread under the assumption that all would agree that at the moment technological solutions to social evils like terrorism, oppressive governments (of every flavor), poverty, slavery, genocide, etc., become possible they should be implemented<<

I totally agree. Now until that day comes, let's not pretend that it's here. I don't pretend that it's "necessarily right" that anyone do much for anyone else. Nobody owes you anything kid. Focus on improving your life, not becoming more bitter because people don't give you enough. Take it or shut up about not having it. Nobody likes a lazy whiner.

Nobody cares what you think is "worth your time," and we sure as hell don't want to see you try to "look at [our] arguments." You're embarassing yourself.
