Looks like the core from 46 of last round. Solid bankers, should have good infra like last round. Should have good attacking from Middle, but Portgas attacking will probably lead to disaster when he goes inactive. Orbit can be good, but if last round is an indicator of his activity his presence will meaningless. Losing Impire is the biggest issue as he is usually the anchor of the family and is very good and negotiating naps that allow his families to dominate infra. If this fam can make solid naps and diplo decisions like last round, they can take NW again, but don
