i guess thats alittle better.... i still think that you should be 18 to be tried be an adult. the fact that people under 18 can only be legally considered adults when they're punished is age discrimination. theres seriously no need to try them as adults either. a 12 year old getting life is just stupid.

but 50% isnt fair because it subtracts more from one then the other. if it was a thing where percentage counted, you would reduce percentage, like a poll. but if its something where its the first to 0, percentage is biased against the leader. subrtacting equal number from both would be the only fair way.
we should subtract 30 from both sides.
