*Disclaimer*  This story was brought to you in main by Petrolstone Productions.

Fierce fighting raged in Pinwheel. The emergence of several extremely resource rich systems drove families mad with greed. Family after family entered the hill only to be slaughtered by another. With more exploration ships than sense family 4718 rushed to claim as much territory in the hill has they could. Lacking even basic necessities for their own population they poured all their cash into defenses onto their new valuable planets.

4718's early rush to claim territory proved to be a foolish mistake. With more infrastructure and greater production capabilities 4719 swiftly swooped into the hill and conquered most of the territory. Using their stronger economy they quickly established stronger defenses on  top of the ones they had destroyed. They were just a few planets away from winning. Blinded by greed they failed to see a formidable family lurking in the shadows.

In the shadows 4721 was hurrying to launch a surprise offensive. They knew defeat was eminent if they didn't strike 4719 soon. With no time to spare they ordered armies into the hill as fast as they could. 4719 was unaware of the certain death hovering above their planets. The hovering armies were ordered to attack. 4719 chose to keep their lives over their planets. They retreated as 4721 celebrated over the graves of their fallen enemy's army. They relaxed knowing they had chased all threats out of the hill. In celebration 4721 threw wild parties. It seems they hadn't learned much from the mistakes of the previous owners of the hill planets.

4714 spent the entire round building a strong economy. Their citizens grew accustom to the finest luxuries in all of Pinwheel. While not having the best army, they did have the best caviar. With sports cars and fine wines they had seen no need to bother with attacking. They thought "Why wage wars when we could drink 500GC Champagne at the theater?" That attitude prevailed until they heard about 4721's parties. Their jealousy mobilized their war machine. "No one in Pinwheel can throw better parties than us!" the leader of 4714 exclaimed. The citizens of their empires were outraged at the thought of someone else having more fun than they were. They filled the streets in all of the cities on all of the planets chanting "War, Parties, WAR!" Car factories became fighter factories. Wine connoisseurs became soldiers. With their strong economy they annihilated the drunken members of 4721. Never again would any family have more fun than them.

Congratulations to family #4714 for capturing most of the hill in Pinwheel!

Rewind, reset, it's time for a new round! New changes have been made!
- Science planet bonuses in all galaxies have been redone. They now boost research center production on those planets by a percentage.
- Morale is no longer lost when attacking a hill planet in a hill system in a King of the Hill galaxy.
- The hide imperial history option is no longer bugged. It will now prevent others from viewing your history if you choose to enable it.
- A bug that prevented ghost spots from working correctly has been fixed.

Prepare for a new round of Pinwheel.

you need to know what the output of the sensor is for a given wavelength of radiation.  get the min/max range for uv radiation in this form, then tell the software handling the data to ignore anything outside this range.

Right, the results of the Pinwheel poll are in and are as follows:

2:1 in favour of no NAPs in PW.

You are allowed to call a CF after warring, but any such agreement is not valid in the hill systems.

Hill systems must be kept competitive.

The issue with mass-building portals where if there was an existing portal on the planet it razed and rebuilt it has been fixed.  You can now use the toggle button to build portals on all your planets, and if there's an existing portal it will just skip that planet and go onto the next unportalled planet.
