BW you have been warned about the harassment in this case and in many other cases. Even if you were to do something now, I don't feel the need to warn you as you have common sense and know the rules.

Decimus, despite his usual behavior, is allowed to complain to the mods about being harassed just like you are in the event of someone harassing you. Now why wasn't it posted in the mod forum? I was busy and frankly it was irrelevant. The bans are all logged anyways.

BW, if you harass someone and it is deemed to be consistent, over the top and/or , plain and simple, you will be banned immediately for a minimum 48hours. Just because it's politics forum doesn't mean that you have the privelege to harass and use profanity to a major degree like a lot of politics posters seem to do. Not saying all applies to you but it's a general statement.

lol You know, I laughed when Damon said he was getting a l33t tattoo. I laughed more when I found out he was serious. But after hearing his reasoning, I say go for it. The majority of us have somehow been trapped as gamers. I never thought I'd grow up playing a computer game so often. Damon makes a good point. It's a much better reason for getting a tattoo than "Oooh, I think a skull and crossbones looks cool!"

yes, Warsie has it down. Funding research (construction that is) is bad because it costs so much money to keep it high. Remember, your pop is going to keep growing as you gain planets. As a result, your con is going to drop the higher your nw goes up. So it's like you're fighting a battle with yourself for no reason. If you get ready to jump a few thousand LQ's then you just fund research constantly to raise it and  have your pop hypnoed to lower your nw and raise your con (sometimes this isn't needed, depends on what your research is) and then you're gtg.
