PERMANENT NAP between 61 and 15
Attacks of any sort, including agent and wizard operations, of one family on
the other are forbidden, except by prior arrangement (as for a planet
trade).
Planets lost to any forbidden attack will have to be returned with an extra
planet as compensation. Failed attack will have to be compensated by one
planet per attack except for the first from a player.
Damaging agent and wizards ops will be compensated each with the cession of
a planet to the damaged empire. It is the attacked/opped/spelled families
responsibility to message the leader as well as the aggressor to ask for
compensation within 48 hours, once 48 hours have passed and no message has
been sent to the offensive family, compensation will not be required.

due to overwhelming player demand and the situation in milky way this round the EOR date will be pushed forward by 2 weeks so the new ending date will be May 14th.
Milky way will be reshuffled after this round and a different setup TBA will be used for next round to hopefully introduce more competition.
what now thats going to change alot of thanks and don't think we need a reshuffled

if you guys are bored and want a good battle you should have a good one on one maybe break allys and ally some one smaller and have a good 2 on 2 but in IC there only one real winner so i think its a good idea or a good fight you not looking for and you just want to farm smaller families and no fun but if it was me i would cents know one else can touch me think about it.

lol all i know is you attacked us and declared on us first and we started fighting and the first day you was winning and now your going to die so your saying you was just trying to clear us you didn't want war? hard to think you just want to clear a family when you are attacking and declaring war

partax is the best pop base banker for one its the safest(people is going to have to load up on wizzards to hit a partax pop) and it dangerest to other bankers (partax pop banker is going to have aload of wizards)
