I was cancelling a war that we had declared with 61 and one with 45 and mistakenly cancelled the nap. But seeing as how you guys decided to attack us, it shall be war! good luck!

war started 3 ticks ago (tick 37). Your family had 9 ticks to clear shares, jump fleet, build defense stations, call superman and get a better health insurance policy. Yet you guys refused to do so. So not really my problem.

The same tick your family raided my resourcer. There was no apologies from the parties involved, no offer to pay comp, no waiting period for me to even log on and say "ooops, I made a mistake while cancelling some wars and cancelled the ingame nap. Yeah, the nap is still in place. I'll resign it once the waiting period is up."
Nah, instead your family took advantage of the ability to hit us and took 85 planets. Ignoring the fact that we didn't op you, attack you or send a msg to you guys saying the nap is over. So please excuse me if my patience for your family's insults and lack of responsibility is non-existant
lol ok, lets see:
1. I didn't break the nap. I was ending war declarations that we had with 61/45 in the relations page because frankly the wars were over and we have napped. In the process, I clicked on end nap with your family. Making our nap unofficial. Then went to sleep without realizing it.
2. You asked me why the nap was cancelled when I was asleep. You also took a massive amount of planets within the same tick. There's no rules of IC that state that I HAVE to ask for compensation. Nor do we have any written nap agreements stating anything.

I mean...I can imagine if I opped or attacked you. Or even sent a msg ingame saying I was cancelling the nap. Or if I or someone else jumped fleet when the nap was "cancelled". But you pretty much screwed up and want me to make things easy for you so that you can have a nice eor jump with a lot of un earned planets and call it a day.

EA Week 21, 24 After a brave fight our family member Beef Combo Burrito had to flee (a lot of planets thanks to heavenites)
well, I didn't cancel the pnap. I cancelled the ingame nap. Without realizing it. You attacked us and took close to 100 planets. Without any talks about it, basically you msg'd us then 2 ticks later started attacks. Hardly a window of opportunity to respond. Now yes, I could've asked for the planets plus comp. But 170 planets seemed like a hassle to try to obtain. Not to mention we just had all kinds of resources and cash lying around with no real use for it. So why talk peace when we could easily war
Your family's diplomacy was pretty much non-existant. So my family isn't interested in talking either. You were top 4 just yesterday, you'll be alright

There were no ops, attacks, threatening msgs, attempts to gain shares or anything from our end. You just pretty much went berserk when you noticed an ingame nap wasn't in place. Nobody told you to go and take 85 planets =p
lol that's cause I logged off after I did it. Of course I didn't realize what happened at the time till I logged in and saw some mass attacks =p
lol well everyone knows that ingame naps cannot be signed immediately after being cancelled. Just like war declarations and alliances. Once cancelled, you have to wait a long time before it can be signed again. But still....you could've just....asked why it was cancelled:p

Basically....we supposedly had a pnap and signed in relations page for the entire round. While in the process of cancelling a war declaration we had with another family I mistakenly cancelled the ingame nap that we had with 48. They in turn decided to take a good chunk of our planets. My count might be a lil off but I think it's somewhere in the 50-70 planet region. Heavenites' claim is that he thought we were going to attack them so he decided to hit us. Not sure why he thought my resourcers and bankers were going to be jumped to take them on but basically I'm a lil annoyed and not interested in working it out. So misunderstanding or not, it's on like popcorn!
lol I just wanted to talk about the election. A lot of people are so mixed up on some things that I think I'm gonna go play in my coloring book =p
Those of us who have homes are just fortunate
