dude. 10 planets, is not vulturing. 100 planets, is vulturing. and no not at all, my logic was that at this point in the round it would take a complete and total n00b to not have his cores filled up yet.
and again, looking for your example of when col portalled cleared then tickered
and yes, you hit us first after you were at war, which = no vulturing even if we took 100 planets. we have no intentions of doing so.
i apologize panda, you are correct in saying one of our members hit you first, taking one planet, which u reacted taking 10 or so.
according to my clock this thread letting the world know you are at war was posted 9 ticks ago. from that point on the first contact between our families was actually made by yourself. (week 36-37 war apparently started, whether it started then or not it was when it was known so is all that is relevant. you hit us in week 39 or this year)
1. i have no idea what you tell col, generally what i see of those messages is after he hits you you will send something along the lines of "OMG WTF IS YOUR PROBLEM, WE ARE AT WAR YOU STUPID VULTURE" which is a great way to get a positive response from a person
2. do me a favor and point out which system he took then tickered, as there has only been about 15 planets in conflict since the beginning of the past year
3. yes he explored, admittedly, but ummm....we want planets, there were open planets, he was close. why in the world do you allow empty planets in your core anyway?

just glancing at the past 2 years news, the systems in question have been flip-flopping for at least the entirety of those 2 years. don't expect our attackers just stop everything they've spent a week at because. as a matter of fact, from the news i have to look at 1065 struck first. please by all means click your family news page, its the button at the top of the family page kind of in the middle that says "family news", view last year, and then hit control + f, type in 1092 and you will see that one of your family members struck us first. btw you may have to hit enter a few times to get to the bottom of the screen which will be the first offense.
and really, if you have the morale to keep flip flopping with us you don't know how to fight a war

For those who feel that Nolio suffers too much blame, and that some blame must lie somewhere else. While it is true that at least 95% of the blame for all of IC's problems, or for that matter the world's problems, can be the direct results of something Nolio has done or maybe has forgotten to do, or maybe simply the existence of Nolio may have caused whatever problem is at hand.

2. 40-50 fams 12 players
3. smaller gal
if there arent drafts, larger # of families will be fine as all the experienced players wont flock together forming families which in turn proceed to farm the smaller families with less experience. also if there are enough people having the vets spread out in a galaxy of upwards of 400 players will allow more newer people to learn from the ol' fellas, possibly giving ic a "new generation" of players who 1. are active, 2. dont suck, 3. have fun
