mostly cuz it all started with a single attack by black in what i was told was a nuetral system when she didnt know you were in war(not sure if you were at the time), then you hitting her 3 times lol. and has just been ping pong a bit since then with 1 portal taken cuz col got pissy

(these arguments are a lot more fun b4 both parties get bored with it)

i dont have the answer for it. i know col isnt a fan of people whining in his inbox over a few planets so for all i know he could be planning to jump and bash at eor. speaking to him i know he wont have the morale for it as he has other plans for the next 2 days
