Orbit, I classify fighting dirty the same thing as NAP breaking.

First on this point torquez ur completely wrong. The term dirty fighting is an opinion which u have every right to have, but it doesnt make it dirty cause u say it is. and second NAP breaks are totally different since someone gave their word NOT to do something while the legal tactics of 41 didnt BREAK one word. so they are not even close to the same. i know ur not so ignorant to really think they are the same in ANYWAY.

and as far as the mods maybe making changes thats OK, just like the old pmode was changed and now another legal tactic was found and another will be found and so on.

And then also the dirty tactics of 1441, ur ally, of repeatedly using a small networth guy to infiltrate core systems, portal and jump big and kill bankers.
Like I said in my posts earlier....situation of the game has degraded and gone pathetic, and people like myself have lost all motivation.  I used to love the days when you used to fight attacker vs attacker.  Hurting bankers was unheard of (only used to collect planets towards the end of a war) and opping bankers was taboo.

actually ur wrong here also, bankers have been attacked since beta 3, whether by nukes ro w/e.

There was a time when everyone napped almost everyone then there were major cancellation wars BUT tactics changed as now, people started making cores, so why isnt that wrong since it wasnt always that way?

I mean in real wars from the 1800's to now tactics change because the ultimate goal is to win wars and the only thing that really matters as far as the IC community is concerned (or shud be) is do people keep their word NOT do they fight the way you or I say they have to. If its legal its legal, if its bad for the game then get it changed.

But it seems like everytime a small fam finds a way to beat a BIGGER fam they start whining and want to fix it like the pmode thingy.

If the mods change the delete and rejoin then guess what we will do?
