As by rules we are not allowed to post immediat information but yes Manhattan nuked me (and maybe others which I am not aware off). I did have a decent amount of agents...Does this mean that ... oo wait he's been prepping also to be able to nuke others while he was half my NW at that time? Who will know?

Dude get real there are always players who will be without limits and it aint only in this game... Hence I did leave because at some point (were I speak of atleast 5 years ago) there was nothing else left then those type of people left.

Now on the 'lie' Did you think that during WWI, WWII and any other wars the generals and leaders were going over to the enemy and say... "HEY, I am going to attack you! be prepared!!!
No Declaration is made, preparations are done way before and attacks start immediatly.
