In any case, I doubt having Scorp pass 200 them 200 planets or raping their former allies (the unwilling ones anyway, some just did pass them planets too) makes 791 an honorable or deserving to win the round.

I'm sorry Portgas, but i really can't see what you did this round that was so great. You had a great infra start, but that was it.
You haven't fought any big wars, except this one with 806 where you got your newfound allies to op their savings... Not saying we or 91 did more, we probably didn't, but deserving a win because you had a good start isn't exactly the best of claims.

Scorp, you were a multi in 807. You vultured heavily on 808 when we fought them. You told me you were in league with 791, and passed them a shitload of planets. You probably told other fams you were in league with us as well.
We never napped you, nor would I ever considering your behaviour this round, which sadly is not the exception. The only thing you deserve out of this round is to be blocked.
