D1) (if u have enough stuff) 'Do you want to build these planets, Sir?'
D2) (if u dont have enough stuff) 'I'm afraid we cannot afford that, Sir.'
with this, u will have the total cost for the OB % u wanted, then just have to compare it to how much u have...(or a way to figure costs)

when clicking the back button when u dont have enough resources, it should keep everything the same as when u clicked on 'Calculate total cost'....
