flip why do you need to ask SCK in the first place? expo into the system on your own and secure it with your own abilities. the act of asking if you can go into a core with 25 in it is a clear IA. no doubt about that. you need to learn your lesson. war will still go on as usual. i didnt ask you to IA and get your account blocked. deal with it.

the 35% rule is to protect bottom fams from getting farmed. but if the bottom fams decided to attack, the 35% rule is over. learn and get over it.
