Yeah, people dead, you should respect  it. Not try to use it to dump on Obama campain like all those other threads.
.
What do you want from him? Go to war on this? Not like you guys have the cash or the national support for it.

Very nice voice, very difficult song!!! Has a chance of winning the show if the audition goes viral.

Only problem is, its X-factor. They find a lot of decent talent, then push it into the standerd poppy box and the carreer turns out to go mediocre at best.

Hope she can get far

biofuel costs more oil then it saves and lowers the amount of food production. So it creates the crisis it needs to prevent.

The point is to develop these technologies now, which takes a investment, in order to have a effecient product in the future.

Its about looking ahead more then a 4 year electorate campain

Yep those americans are so tough.
Real men, with all those helmets, pads, gloves and such. Just because someone might bump into them.

meh, they backed a winner. Atleast when looking at elections.
US elections mainly run on the character of the candidates, not their plans. Both conventions were just about how 'great' and 'family man' both Obama and Romney are.

You can't argue, Obama has a lot more charisma then Romney, and in the end it seems thats what wins you the white house.

Maybe if Romney had run a compain focussed more on his actual plans he could have beaten Obama, but thus far i fail to have seen any real solid plans other then some popular yelling on both sides.

i agree forcing may be wrong. However i do feel it needs to be stimulated (yes, by governments)
.
In the current economic climate many companies will need to cut funding to some fields, and experimental fields are often the first ones to feel to blow. Government should take over some of these duties.

Maybe something fun for a special galaxy.

4 fams, no drafts and no naps (maybe even hardcore rules) and if possible, a custom map (like donut shaped with a battleground centre.

I'd like the old feeling of playing with a fam of 20+ active players like the (very) old days!

Oil is gonne run out at some point in time. Working to a product that can replace part of it is only a positieve thing.
Seeing as these developments will take time to reach productive levels, its importent to start ahead of time. That way, you avoid a real oil crisis, seeing as you already have developed proper alternatives.
.
The drop in the goal is a obvious choice due to the current economic state in Europe. Most nations have other matters to attent to (and spend money on).
.
Safe bet is the goals will be screwed back up when the economy starts to get back in track

a minority concept might be in place once again.

If the VVD and PvdA work together with the 2 of them, they will have a majority in the parlement. However they would need aproval of opposition in the senate (together they hold 30 out of 75).

I think they wont need to work together with a single party though. If those 2 work together it will be a centre coalition, meaning they will find willing opposition in the senate for most plans, either on the right or the left.

Only problem would be with disputed plans. With the current recession a lot of budget cuts are needed. Those might find trouble in the senate if a majority is not guaranteed.
