If you are referring to 41 and 38 there is a nap in place that forces us to pay the price it took to get it. We were in a terrible position with 38 and 46 at war with us at the same time, and had no choice.

Empire what your family is claiming regarding market aid and border agreement is just false, thats not debateable.

I never said hellz demanded planets from me, i beat him to it by making an offer i was confident he would accept without asking for more.

In the end its what you do and not what you say that defines you, and i can walk with my back straight and say that we in 41 tried something different this round, and made it work.

41 approached several families throughout the round (40) asking them to attack us or asking for market aid (46,38) at several points during the round.

Your family has had 2 days since the 38 war ended (I talked to them and know the truth) plus a 3 day nap cancellation period. 5 days prep time for a war.  What more do you want, 10 days? Vulturing has been considered attacking during a war, or a few days after it not usually is it considered that 5 days after a NAP is already in place.

- You have saved for maybe 14 days straight, would be nice to give us atleast 5 yes. As for the difinition of a vulture:

Your family deserves zero respect from us and will get none.  Lots of early fighting put you with lots of NAP's, poor diplomacy situations and huge ego's which was your main weakness.  Your egos are so huge rather than fighting like a man you  opt to give your planets to 38.  Real leaders never give up on their fam's and certainly don't self destruct their own families so that they don't bruise egos. 

- We have not opted to give our planets to 38. WHen you guys cancelled on us before we were napped to 38 we were put in an awkward position. We needed to peace with them ASAP, and with them knowing this, they could demand an insane amount of planets from us, we had no choice but to accept. Your fam has statted repeatedly you will take us down to 500 planets, as the leader of the fam its my duty to make sure we do as well as possible, and thats what im doing.

We have fought two major and even wars tis round, vs 47 and vs 38. Both times we were outsaved but ended up doing very well.

The war you planned against us never was a proper war, as your fam has maybe 14 days of savings while we are straight out of a war, and you know it. Its just vulturing

When the #2 fam in a round hasnt fought a single decent war the whole round, thats when i call them out.

Talic, it was a deliberate call, we wanted to play this way to see how it would work. Keep in mind that my fam has been #1 the last 4 consecutive rounds using pop banking strategy. I was ready for something else. When some of our players had to leave mid round we had to change strategy, and might i add quite successfully. We ended up fighting a war with 38 where we were on par with them.

If the rest of the fam hadnt been sitting booming while we were fighting, we wouldve won the round im pretty sure, but in the end we ended up unable to fight #1 and #2 fam within 5 days, as any other fam in the galaxy would be.

How nice of 46 to work with 48 to kill us

Our relations with 6748 have been broken. Attacks and offensive operations may resume in 47 weeks.

Remo, because we made several naps like that, because we dont know what fams will survive and wich wont. We wanted a fun EOR war, and we got one, with 38. Now 46 wanna vulture us while we are down because they somehow feel it would prove something. I guess they are still hurt by getting mangled by us earlier in the round, using the border agreement as a fake excuse. They know very well they had many offers of nap wich they refused to accept, and were gearing up to war us when we called their bluff.
