There's actually a NAP between 00 and 94. 00 may have violated it or something (from what I've been told at any rate), but there's a NAP nonetheless.
We seem to be keeping it going

Can I get the facts about my fam#s involvement in this set straight:
1. We go to war with 03
2. 00 raid one of our bankers in the far south of our core, well away from them.
3. We retake most, and war with 03 continues.
4. 03 portal and jump Ocho who had made the original raid. He starts hitting us in that system. We retake.
4. Scorp raids us in the area currently being fought over.
5. War with 03 ends.
6. We start retaking Scorp's hits, and clear Ocho, who's skirmishing with Rogue in other systems as well.
7. Turns into a fight over the systems Scorp hit us in. Not total war, or anything close to it.
The order of some of those points may be up for debate, granted. But that's due to the alcohol fuelled haze hanging over the past couple of weeks. That's as best as I can remember, and maybe I've done some injustice to 00 by making it seem they did more damage than they did or something, but fact remains, we are not at war with them. Far from it, I've offered to make a NAP agreement with Artic so that he doesn't have to fight 3 fams, but he has to understand that it will now be on our terms. We can't let them stay in those systems after all that has happened.
Man up Artic. We're not fighting over any systems now that we weren't already fighting over.
Can this thread be renames Arganon vs UD?
I have to say, I whole-heartedly agree with this.

Those 4 planets you posted - check when you lost them - over 36 hours ago, there was no mention of war at that point.
Also, as for the 104 planets, that's a slight exaggeration, surely:
60 planet(s) involved in the raging conflict.
54 of them are currently under our control (48 by retake)
5 of them are occupied by 4700 (5 by retake)
Retakes, almost exclusively. Either on the ones Ocho took from my banker in our core, or the ones in the area we're currently fighting over.
What does that show, other than that we're perfectly justified in attacking you?

Artic, we haven't taken any planets, we've almost exclusively been retaking what you took off us while we were at war. I've explained this to you, Ocho and Joor by now. None of them even had infra on when I retook them. I've cleared RED from a couple of systems there as well, but that's it. We''re not actually doing any damage to your fam, except perhaps being a drain on your morale, but that's your decision to retaken, not ours.
You've threatened my fam, and based on what little honour code I've seen in MW this round - 4703 excepted - no one would have any sympathy if I did start hitting you in your own systems. All I'm doing is clearing you from systems that I'd already cleared you from before I had to fight 03 instead.
What happened to the 89 vs 91 war then...

The outcome and consequences of going into vmode are irrelevant. Its the act of avoiding conflict by going into vmode that is cowardly and lame. I think the choice of going into vmode should be taken out of the hands of the players. How many people have actually used it for what its intended for? These days the internet is everywhere and cell phones with internet are quite common. How neccesary is vmode really?
I think if you are truly going on vacation and not able to login you contact a mod. You gotta prove somehow that your actually gonna be gone for a while with no internet access. They activate vmode for you. This would curb the abuse somewhat. Cuz we all know its abused more than its used for its original intent and purpose.
We didn't threaten to, I just told Rizzy that it was an option we had if you guys were planning on coring us, which it looked like you were since both you and Llano were in our systems and out of our range. I was pushing for a NAP, so I pointed out 2 extreme options - vmode and suiciding - but it doesn't take a fool to see that neither of them were credible options.

There's now little award emblems for EOR votes to go on people's History. Could we get them for SDSS, ICPG, ICC and the other recent SD rounds that people have got forum tags?
Shame other fams feel the need to get involved...
They cored us and jumped someone. Took us 12 ticks to counter jump, but another 11 ticks on and they've had pretty much all of their shares cleared unless they jump the other small guy they put in our core. As it stands, I think they're attacking from 2 or 3 ticks out now.
EDIT: Arby, you hardly started clearing us, you just decided to try and portal up in our shares and pick off a couple of outlying planets. We'd been fighting 03 for a few days before that even started anyway...
Stop trying to get into our systems X(
