Format as follows:
Three man families.
You can either form your own 3 man families (yes fully-drafted, no VIPs needed).
Of alternatively, you can add your name to a list from which random families will be created.
There will be a longer pre-registration period to let you organize teams - as such, start date for the galaxy will be confirmed at a later date. This way it won't be starting too soon after Starburst has started as well.
A thread will be created in Universal News in which players are to post their families. Please post the player's forum nick. This is important so we can find the right player.
If any dispute arises as to what family a player is in, it is the duty of that player to confirm with a moderator which family they are in.
**No switching families once your team has been posted. If you can't play then notify a mod and we will remove you, but you will not be placed into another family.
Teams have until Monday, September 8, to register.
The amount of teams will determine the size and systems.

Start date: TBA (hopefully galaxy reset and players placed after closing of family sign ups)
Ending: When last family is left.

Map 60*60 ~350ish Systems TBD but most likely it will be this
We decided to do a hardcore round this time in case pie wants to work on the morale. That way this round won't be affected. When we know things are settled we can do Tri as well.

He said you can't get that error from exploring. It is an attacking error or stationing error.
KingWiLd - do you get this every time you explore or are you exploring and attacking/stationing simultaneously? Is anyone else in your family getting this or is it only you? I am trying to get as much info as possible to give to him. Anything you can provide will be helpful. If it includes co-ords you send it to me thru forum messages.

It wasn't his plan.
Not sure how many times it has been said, this morale thing was not mods' idea. However we keep trying to adjust it to make it work better and this will take a while.
