Im not sure anyone stood out. 40 was good when backing down from then 47 war, 38 was good when they agreed to be flexible on war date. But no real heroes here i think.

At start 41, later i guess some lower family, but no specific information.

Oh lord so many 1. Thinking going no naps would work in modern IC, 2. Thinking 46 wouldnt vulture us after 38 war, 3. thinking id be allowed to pay 750 planets to 38 to dodge the 46 nw limit, 4. Actually thinking the 40% nw limit wouldnt bug out and actually prevent 46 from attacking us

38 took total of 755 from 41 so with 800 to 46 thats about even i think, this whole mess didnt affect the round too much it seems lol

Am i not allowed to offer planets for a nap if i really need it? Am i not allowed to give up the planets i see fit? (with reosurces locked at 50, guess what we need most, cash or reosurces?)
