If you're worried about the fat in milk then just go for skimmed or semi-skimmed milk. I drink a glass a day plus the milk I have with my cereal at breakfast and I seem to be ok. If you know you've not got any allergy problems then it shouldn't be a problem - apart from the prostate cancer thing, and let's face it: no one wants that.

The rice is a good point though, either that or pasta/potatoes - there does seem to be a lack of carbs in there. Out of season though it may be, salad could be a good addition to the sandwiches?

On the whole though, so long as you balance what you eat, you shouldn't need to worry too much about it surely? Although obviously it is good to make a conscious effort
