Way I see it, it becomes farming after the 'winning' fam take 10-15% of the other fams planets. That's a reasonable enough amount to take to prove you've won without ruining someone's round - after all, most people play for fun these days, not to win. After you've take that many planets - or they've lost that many if you insist on blowing planets up for the sake of it - then just stop. To ask for more planets after that is just retarded.

And to straight up ask for 180 planets on second tick of war when the other fam had less than 500? That's just being a little bitch.
If you're gonna offer a NAP that quickly, then at least be sensible about it. 76 planets would have got you the NAP from what I've read, you'd have gained those planets with minimal effort and not have had to have wasted so much time playing pingpong and blowing planets up. You could have moved on and concentrated on catching up with Blue.
