If you cancel your exploration ships, you cannot rebuild them except to the limit of 8 a day. In short, if you build 8 and cancel 8 you have to wait another 24 hours to build 8 again. However we now have a warning pop up so when you are about to cancel the so you don't do this in error.

The morale bonus isn't visible on the map until after you take/explore the planet.

The ops need to be reset so everyone will have 10.

Also you still have 3 cores including your home system. The extra core bug should be fixed.

Max allies: 0
Length: 6 Weeks
Attacks and ops: 2 days delay
Market: 2 day delayed-trial (no market last round)
Resources: 20x
Defense Stations: 1

Starting Friday, Aug 2
Ending Monday, Sep 16

Families are reduced to 200, op max is now 10 instead of 7, trialing a market with 2 day delay.

I believe that you should be able to build the same amount of expo's after you cancel them.

This really isnt a bug but I can see how you may think it is.
The eships are on a timer. You are only allowed to build so many a day. If you cancel the construction you have lost the ability to build any more for that time frame. If I remember right it was brought up for discussion and found that it would be very  difficult to do this because of the timer. Maybe a warning pop up would help. I will bring this up.
