Jeys wtf? i dont wanna remove moral limits so that i can kick ass left right and centre like triqster puts it.. i want it removed so that a fam cant keep a player on 1 planet and send him into cores of others.... Thats not protection, thats abuse...

About start time everyone knows ppl go away over summer, not just me. Really i dont care too much since im pretty sure i can get someone to pick me for the later heats when others start disappearing..

@Triqster, i see your point with the trial heat, but believe me, after doing 3 rounds straight in the last ICC, you get pretty sick and so a 4th round would certainly be good for some teams, we had many failures last time, like the PW fam. They sure woudlve benefitted from a chance to test their startegy properly. But the ICC is all about adapting to new circumstances, and i think thats a part of the challange, and a test round isnt really neccesary, its just another round.. I think the iCC is best if it can be held within and timeframe of 3-4 months... making it longer than that isnt necessary

Adter summer Arsy.. definatly. as for team placements, 10 ticks apart isnt that much, if the map is 40x40 figure out the maximum you can set, and set that then...

I dont know what the mods can implement, but i have some pointers based on my last ICC experience.

Smaller fams

We need to have moral or ops limits, but preferably no nw limits. NW limits were implemented to protect weak and small players, thats not the point in ICC, and its easily abused.

Set start positions. Not to discredit LT, but they won the final the second the placements of the fams was done. Leave as little as possible up to random factors please.

More fams per heat. a heat with only 4-5 fams gets too intense, its too much suiciding etc.. remmebering WS and Flint

Allow more random fams, not everyone has the luxury of knowing 5 good players.

No allies

Allow naps cause last round they were made anyways

this round shouldve been reset allready 762 and 750 position is a disgrace

thing is SJ, that "modern" pop banking is all a fam effort. Last round i got to about 22 mill income, and that was in a 8 weeks round only i think, was 10 weeks before. But i had only 220 planets or so. I was with Ter the round they preended andro because we were so superior. Much due to a huge pop jump of Ter. But even tho Ter played very well, its the fam effort that makes him big, since its all in the jump. Therefor you kinda have to rate a banker both on what he does for the fam economy, and his own empire. Taking the income out of context gives little meaning.
